At Home Muse, we ensure your order is processed quickly and delivered safely anywhere in the UAE. We use reliable delivery partners to make sure your home essentials reach you on time and in perfect condition.
Processing & Shipping Time
- Online Orders: Orders placed Monday–Saturday (9 am – 6 pm) are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
- Other Orders: Items in stock are typically shipped within 7–8 business days.
- Delivery times may vary based on your location (metro cities vs. remote areas) and during UAE public holidays.

Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the courier, we will update your order with the tracking details via email/SMS. Please note: some local deliveries may not have tracking numbers, but our team will keep you informed on the delivery status.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your products and delivery location.
- You will see the final shipping cost at checkout before confirming your order.
- Orders above may qualify for Free Delivery (terms apply).
- Any applicable entry taxes, customs duties, or additional local fees will be communicated to you prior to shipment and must be paid by the customer.
Delivery Guidelines
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout to avoid delays.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will contact you to reschedule.
- Home Muse is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or unforeseen courier issues.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@homemuse.com with photos/videos so we can assist you promptly.
