Return & Refund Policy
At Home Muse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Any request made after 14 days will not be accepted. Please email us first at service@homemuse.com before sending any items back.
Please note: We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong product/size.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 14 days after you receive them.
- All items must be in their original condition — unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Customers must use a shipping method with tracking information for all returns.
Non-returnable Items
- Products returned due to change of mind.
- Clearance or sale items.
- Gifts.
- Items damaged or lost due to customer handling.
General Return Process
- Initiate a return: Email us at service@homemuse.com with your order number, and photos/videos of the item. Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 3 business days.
- Ship the item back: If approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. We recommend using a tracked and signed delivery service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
- Refund or exchange: Once we receive and inspect the return (within 3-5 business days), we will arrange a replacement (if exchange) or process a refund.
Return Charges
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product, defective item), we will cover the full return cost.
- If the return is due to the buyer’s reason (excluding change of mind, which is not accepted), the buyer will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or card provider before contacting us again.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the parcel has been dispatched, cancelations are no longer possible.
